Loan inquiries. When you request a quote or term sheet we collect the contact details and loan scenario you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, loan type, property details and loan amount. If you move forward, we may collect additional application and financial documents from you.

Rental, maintenance and property management forms. If you use our rental application, maintenance request or rental analysis forms, we collect the details you enter, such as contact information, rental and employment history, income, occupants, pets and vehicles. We do not collect Social Security numbers on web forms.

Automatic information. Our website and the embedded inquiry form may record technical data such as browser type, pages viewed and the page you submitted from.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. As a mortgage broker we share the information needed to arrange your loan with the lenders, investors and settlement providers we submit your request to, and with service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), website hosting, and consumer reporting or verification providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud. Service providers may use your information only to provide services to us.

4. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to people who need it. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, including mortgage broker and property management record-keeping rules.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of communications at any time. Some information must be retained to meet legal requirements, and in that case we will tell you what we are able to do. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including to know what we collect, to request deletion and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Mobile Information and Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services — such as customer service platforms or our SMS messaging provider — is permitted solely to deliver the services you requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We collect your mobile number when you submit it to us through our website forms or provide it to us directly. We use it to respond to your loan inquiry, provide application and loan status updates. We do not send marketing text messages. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Withdrawing SMS consent does not affect your loan application.

Program description. Blue Fox Capital Corporation operates a text messaging program for customer care relating to your loan inquiry, application and document status, and appointment scheduling only. Full program terms are published at SMS Terms of Service.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to and receive text messages from Blue Fox Capital Corporation.
