SMS Terms of Service — Blue Fox Capital Corporation

1. Program description
Blue Fox Capital Corporation is a licensed California mortgage broker (CA DRE #01527288, NMLS #1840487) operating bluefoxcapital.com and YourLoanIsDue.com. We send text messages only to individuals who have provided their mobile number and express written consent. Customer care messages relate to your commercial or residential real estate loan inquiry, your application and document status, requests for missing documents, and scheduling a call with a loan officer. Marketing messages about our financing programs are sent only to individuals who separately consent to receive them.
2. How to opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a Blue Fox Capital form at bluefoxcapital.com or YourLoanIsDue.com and checking the SMS consent box on that form. Both consent boxes are unchecked by default and are separate from any other agreement on the form. Consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan or any other service from Blue Fox Capital Corporation.
The consent language shown on our forms reads:

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to and receive text messages from Blue Fox Capital Corporation. By opting in you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provided.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your loan activity, approximately 2–6 messages per month.
5. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Blue Fox Capital Corporation does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
6. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Withdrawing SMS consent does not affect your loan application or any other service we provide.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
