Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lender and depends on your financial qualifications, creditworthiness, the property, and other factors beyond our control. Any rate quotes, pre-qualifications, or estimates provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a commitment to lend.
6. Broker Compensation
As a mortgage broker, Blue Fox Capital may receive compensation from lenders, borrowers, or both. Compensation may take the form of origination fees, broker fees, or yield spread premiums. All compensation will be disclosed to you in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
